AMC Yacht Training Center LLC Eesti Filiaal offers intensive theory and practice yacht captain courses that comply with IYT system. We offer unique programs with highly- qualified instructors that are both IYT Yachtmaster 200 Tons Unlimited (Ocean) and are IYT certified.
Every student gets an International Boating & Sailing Passport And Training Development Book IYT where the entire process of theory and practice studies including marks and completion is displayed. The passport is also used as a logbook for your brief personal trip reports.
The most popular course is «The Captain of a coastal yacht» (International Bareboat Skipper IYT) as it lets its graduates rent a sailing or motor yacht and navigate it without a crew, in any charter company worldwide. Since the majority of companies require it, the program also includes a VHF radio operator course and our attendees receive two respective diplomas.

AMС - yacht rental
A skipper certificate issued by a yacht school allows you to go out to sea on your own and make exciting yacht trips. You don’t have to have your own yacht to do this; you can rent a yacht. We will select the best yacht for you based on size and required comfort level, and help you plan a sailing route with visits to the most interesting places. We will also provide all the necessary and up-to-date information on the sailing area and conditions of stay in marinas, and offer yacht rental services with a qualified skipper.
AMС - yacht regattas, flotillas and travels
Are you already a fairly experienced yachtsman who has mastered the technique of sailing or motor vessel control, completed a good practical school of yachting and managed to attract friends and relatives to your team? Then we invite you to take part in our flotillas, yacht sports and adventure regattas, where you need to demonstrate not only yacht control skills, but also show ingenuity, resourcefulness and a sense of humor, performing special tasks throughout the regatta.
AMС - yachting training
Yachting training programs in our school are designed for any level of training, from beginner to the highest — ocean master. You can choose a convenient schedule for you yachting classes: on weekends or an intensive training course — 6 days in a row from Tuesday to Sunday, 8 hours a day. You can study the theoretical shore course in absentia or remotely. You will undergo sea practice in the Mediterranean Sea and receive a captain’s diploma IYT — international rights to operate a sailing or motor yacht. Individual yachting training is possible both in theory and in practice on a yacht at sea for two weeks. In the future, you can improve your skills on our special ongoing courses to improve yachting skills and receive professional training in yacht management. We also have special offers for yachting training for corporate clients.
Guarantee of reliable results
International Bareboat Training (IYT) is the most widespread and widely recognized international system of yacht training, currently there are 127 schools worldwide. It is unconditionally trusted by charter and insurance companies, which allows the owner of the IYT (Coastal Yacht Captain) certificate and higher to rent a yacht without a crew in any water area without any problems. The AMS Yacht Training Center is an IYT partner school, and all our teachers and instructors are certified IYT instructors (this is an absolute requirement for any partner school).
The most significant result in the minimum time
Since in the IYT training system the Bareboat Skipper certificate is the first really significant document, we offer training immediately at the Bareboat Skipper level, regardless of the presence or absence of previous yachting experience. Moreover, the lack of prior experience is sometimes even preferable — there is no need to correct old mistakes. Our intensive teaching methodology of theory and practice allows even beginners to gain all the necessary knowledge and skills for confident yacht control in a minimum amount of time: the shore-based theoretical course lasts 6 days, and sea practice lasts 10 days.
